Just back home for a fantastic stay at the New Inn hotel in Clapham for new years.Ron the owner and is staff put on a great evening for us all.Food and drink First class,will be back soon for a short break.Thank you guys.

Claims to be five star yet doesn't provide soap. We were supposed to be in a deluxe room, but I couldn't see what was deluxe about it. Dinner was a nightmare. Burger was raw in the middle. I sent it back once, then gave up and ate around it.

Lovely hotel in a very nice location. Stayed for 3 nights in the executive suite and the food both in the hotel and surrounding areas was of a good standard. Great service, friendly staff, only additions that would be nice would be an ability to have the central heating on as and when required, the room could do with a bigger tv and a full length mirror. The wi-fi was a bit flakey too but none of this detracted too much from what was a lovely stay in very nice, welcoming surroundings.
